Graves

St. Andrew’s – St. James’ Cemetery currently offers selections of graves in 2 sections, “U” and “V”. Availability in the old sections is very rare, however, you are invited to contact the cemetery office to inquire of availability.

Each grave includes the Interment Rights Capacity of one casket, plus up to 2 cremated remains, or, no casket and up to 6 cremated remains, per current cemetery regulations.

Sections “U” & “V” – $1,775 per grave
Old Sections (when available) – $2,135 per grave
Child Grave – $1,130 per grave

All prices include perpetual care and maintenance. All prices are subject to applicable H.S.T. Please refer to section “F” Memorialization – Monuments and Markers in the Regulation Booklet for information regarding memorialization options.

Cremation Lots

Cremation lots are located in section “CR”, and offer the Interment Rights Capacity of up to 4 cremated remains.

$1,475 per lot.

All prices include perpetual care and maintenance and are subject to applicable H.S.T. Please note that only flat markers and/or pillow markers are permitted on cremation lots. Please refer to section “F” = Memorialization – Monuments and Markers for more information regarding memorialization options. The installation of an upright monument is prohibited on a cremation lot.

Columbarium Niches – Phase 2

The outdoor columbarium niches offer a beautiful resting place for those who prefer the serenity of nature. Located in the heart of the cemetery, the outdoor columbaria are surrounded by majestic maples, flowerbeds and memorial benches. Each wall offers 4 levels of niches for your selection. Each niche includes the Interment Rights Capacity of up to 2 cremated remains. Cast bronze names plates and optional vases are also available for purchase.

Winter Interments

St. Andrew’s – St. James’ Cemetery is pleased to offer winter interments (approximately mid-December to mid-April) as an alternate to spring interments. Winter burials are limited to Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Winter Grave Opening: $1,795 plus HST

Child Grave Opening: No charge

Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances of severe winter weather, and non-accessible areas of the cemetery that winter burial arrangements may need to be altered on short notice.

Spring through Fall Burial (approximately mid-April to mid-December)

Casket interments are offered Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday services are available, pending staff availability and a surcharge applies.

Adult grave opening: $1,000

Vault or Crypt Installation: $200

Grass and Device Set-Up: $200

Extra Depth: $600

Child grave opening: No charge

Cremated Remains

Cremation interments and entombments are offered Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday services are available pending staff availability and a surcharge applies.

Niche Inurnment: $425
In Ground Interment: $480

All prices are subject to HST.

Saturday Interment Surcharges

Saturday interments are offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The following surcharges apply:

Casket Interment: $725
Cremated Remains: $375

Please note that all requests for Saturday services are subject to staff availability and that all prices are subject to HST. .

Sodding

Starting at $150 per grave.

Flower Beds

St. Andrew’s – St. James’ Cemetery is proud to offer the services of our on-site gardener to assist with the planting and maintenance of memorial flowerbeds. Flowerbeds are typically planted at the end of May, and beds are maintained as late into the season as possible. Pricing includes the cost of plants, watering and weed removal for the season.

Starting at $160 per grave.

Monument Cleaning

Monument cleaning is available from spring through fall. We recognize that our society has become environmentally friendly and we support this issue. We do not use chemicals which may contaminate the soil.

Prices start at $175 per monument. Contact the cemetery office for details.

Niche Plate

A customizable cast-bronze plate which can include up to two names, years of birth and death, and a memorial.

A bronze vase, permanently installed on an outdoor niche, for the placement of real or artificial flowers.
